How do I change my order?
If you want to change your shipping information or ordered items, please email us or directly contact us here within 24 hours after your order is placed.
How can I track my package ?
You can check tracking updates by yourself after your package has been shipped out.

I placed an order but not receiving a confirmation email.
We send a confirmation email to every customer right after an order has been successfully placed.

How do I request a refund?

Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
In normal cases, the orders will be shipped out within 2 business days after order placement. Orders that have not been shipped in time, are usually because the item(s) selected are pre-order items(s). To avoid such cases, please contact us to request your in-stock items to be shipped out first or separately place two orders.
